SHIPPING FAQ

Cherry Hill Coffee offers free shipping on orders over $50.00 or more (before taxes), to provinces within Canada. Free shipping on orders over $100.00 or more is available to Canadian territories north of 60˚ and the United States. Free Shipping excludes Bonavita and Breville equipment and some accessories. The Free Shipping option will be available during checkout if your order qualifies.

NOTE: If you have more than the required amount of products for free shipping in your cart, and you add an excluded item, the free shipping option will not be available for the entire order. If you would like to take advantage of the free shipping offer, create one order with the qualifying items, and a second order with items that are excluded from the free shipping offer. All Bonavita and Breville equipment are excluded from the free shipping offer.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE SHIPPING OFFER
  • Canceling items may affect your order’s eligibility for free shipping.
  • The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.
  • Offer applies to deliveries within Canada and the United States only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.
  • There may be duty charges associated with importing our product internationally. The customer is responsible for the payment of all duties required.
  • The Free Shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and coupons.
  • The offer is subject to change without notice.

We use Canada Post Expedited as our preferred method of shipping all of our products. To obtain even faster shipping please call us and we will make other arrangements for you.

We roast your coffee to order. Orders placed by 11:59pm PST Monday-Thursday will be shipped out by the second business day.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship by the following Tuesday.

RESTRICTIONS

We can ship our coffee to any address in Canada and the United States. We cannot ship Internationally please call us to make arrangements.

PAYMENT

All transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed by PayPal, on their secure site. PayPal can accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eCheck, or PayPal fund transfers. For more information or to register please visit PayPal.

SECURITY

100% of your credit card transaction is carried out on PayPal’s secure servers. Your credit card information is not sent to our servers.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We roast and ship every business day. All orders will be shipped within two business days, via Canada Post Expedited. Your shipments can be located with your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If a tracking number is unavailable, give us a call at 1-877-737-5282 (8am – 5pm PST, Monday to Friday) and we will help you find the status of your order.

In rare cases, shipping may take 7-10 business days. We cannot be held accountable for any shipping issue issues outside of our control.

DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries to customers are made through Canada Post. Delivery times are usually between 1 and 3 days, depending on the shipping destination; within the Okanagan, deliveries usually take one business day.

Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Standard shipping rates apply unless specified. Orders / Deliveries to select remote locations will need be placed via telephone. If your shipping destination is within the Territories (Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut) or within the remote locations, please contact Cherry Hill Coffee for updated freight rates.

REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS

Our coffee is delivered in sealed, valved bags, which prevents contamination or damage. However, if the bag arrives unsealed or compromised, please send it back freight collect (i.e., we pay for your return shipment) and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Cherry Hill Coffee takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
